This term needs to be defined.

Regarding adhesives, the Titebond website indicates some performance and material specifications for their product which may be helpful in developing a non-proprietary spec. These include:
-Aliphatic Resin, as a material specification for the product.
-Meets or exceeds ANSI/HPVA, Type I specification for weather resistance (need to research this spec further to find out what that really means).
-4000 psi strength (doesn't say whether this is tension or shear).
